Yes. You see your pet's finished portrait before you pay anything. No card and no account.

Will it look like my pet?

It is painted from your photo, so it keeps their face, colors and markings. If it doesn't look like them, we repaint it free, or refund you in full.

What if I don't like it?

Try another style for free. And if you buy and don't love it, you get your money back. If it doesn't look like them, we repaint it free, or refund you in full, within 30 days of delivery. No need to send it back: just email us a photo of it. For the HD file on its own, a full refund within 30 days of buying.

What can I get?

A canvas, ready to hang (from $149.99), a framed canvas (from $219.99) or a poster (from $69.99), in sizes up to 24 × 36 inches. A mug, 11 oz or 15 oz white ceramic, their portrait on both sides with the scene painted all the way around ($29.99 / $34.99). Or just the HD file ($19.99). Everything comes with the HD file and free US shipping.

How long does a print take?

Usually about a week to your door. The HD file is ready a minute or two after you pay.

Can I put two or three pets in one portrait?

Yes. Upload one photo with all of them together, up to three cats or dogs, for the same price.

Will the watermark be on my print?

No. The marks are only on the free preview. Your file and your print come without them.

Is it safe to pay?

The same canvas in a pinewood frame from certified sustainable forests, 1.25 inch deep, hanger already attached.

Museum-grade archival matte paper (189 g/m²), printed with archival pigment inks.
