These terms are an agreement between you and Whisker Museum ("we", "us"). By using whiskermuseum.com you agree to them.
What we do
You upload a photo of your cat or dog, choose a style, and we create an artwork using artificial intelligence. You see a watermarked preview for free. If you buy, you receive the full-resolution digital file without the watermark.
Your photos
Only upload photos you took or have permission to use. Photos must show a cat or dog. Do not upload photos of people, or anything unlawful, hateful or explicit. You keep ownership of your photos; you give us permission to use them only to make and deliver your artwork.
Your artwork
When you buy a portrait, you may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes: print it, frame it, share it and give it as a gift. You may not resell it or use it to sell products. Artworks are generated by AI, so no two are identical and details may vary from the preview examples on the site.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Delivery
Digital files are available to download right after purchase, and a download link is emailed to you. Links stay active for 30 days, so please save your file.
Sales
Purchases are covered by our Sales policy.
Free previews
Free previews are limited per day to keep the service fast for everyone. Previews are watermarked and may not be used without purchase.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
