The short version
We use your photo only to make your portrait. We delete it within 30 days. We never use it to train AI. We never sell your information.
What we collect
- Your pet photo, and the name you type, to create your artwork.
- Your email, when you buy, to send your download link and receipt.
- Payment details, handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive your card number.
- Basic usage information, such as pages visited and a device identifier, to keep the site working and to measure our advertising.
Who helps us
- OpenAI processes your photo to create the artwork.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores files.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) helps us measure and improve our ads using its pixel and Conversions API. This may involve a cookie and, when you buy, a scrambled (hashed) version of your email.
How long we keep things
Uploaded photos and artworks are deleted within 30 days. Order records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see or delete your information by emailing us. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including to know, delete and opt out of the sharing of personal information for advertising. You can also limit ad tracking in your browser, phone and Facebook settings.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not accept photos of people.
