See it before you buy it
Every portrait is shown to you as a free, watermarked preview before you pay, so you know exactly what you are getting.
Digital downloads
Because the artwork is delivered instantly and you approve the preview first, digital purchases are final.
If something goes wrong
If your download does not work, the file is damaged, or you were charged twice, email us and we will make it right, usually within one business day.
Payment problems
If you see a charge you do not recognise, please contact us before contacting your bank; we can usually resolve it quickly.
